I am writing to follow up on my previous attempts to seek assistance with upgrading from the free version of the Tameer Construction theme on my WordPress site to the paid version, which I recently purchased. Despite contacting your customer service team on three separate occasions, I have not received a response.
My WordPress site has been successfully running the free version of Tameer Construction for some years, and I was excited to apply the paid version for enhanced functionality. However, I am unable to install the new version and require your guidance.
Could you please provide support or direct me to the appropriate resources to resolve this issue? I emailed [email protected] regarding this matter but have yet to hear back. I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution.
