Trafi Travel Pro font problem

I have this theme, but when I try to change font nothing happen. I think posttype is installed.

Changing the Font is a very easy process. We have given these options in all the sections of the customizer. It is a complete image to show you about color and font palette. At a single glance of click, you can set the color and fonts of the Headings, Paragraph, and Button.

please provide us the credentials, to review the issue make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at [email protected]
