Iqra education pro theme activation

Hello,
I can’t activate the Iqra education pro theme.
i followed the steps in the documentation to install the theme and the plugins required. I was the redirected to the setup wizard page where there is a license key field and activate button, i filled the field by the key sent to my email and clicked the activate button, but the theme didn’t activate.

I checked the documentation, the activation is done through the TE key activation, but i cant find this page on the left menu.
